Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven onboarding, recruitment, or HR operations experience.
• Strong program management and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Proficient in HR systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding with new hires and internal teams to complete pre-employment requirements.
• Work with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to confirm onboarding dates and communicate details.
• Coordinate with vendors for medical, background checks and other requirements.
• Monitor submission of employment documents and maintain trackers and reports.
• Provide onboarding sessions and basic training for document uploads in the HR system.
• Serve as point of contact for new employees during onboarding and address questions.
• Schedule and conduct New Employee Orientation (NEO) and related sessions.
• Track onboarding tasks and implement performance metrics aligned with goals.
• Analyze onboarding reports to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
