Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Key Account Officer to promote corporate products and services and to onboard new corporate clients. You will build lasting relationships with corporate customers, achieve sales targets, source referrals from Consumer and Institutional Banking, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as accounting, finance, business, economics or marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services corporate sales.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and strategic marketing skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell corporate products and services to potential clients; identify opportunities to expand presence in the corporate market.
• Manage onboarding for new corporate accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and serve as the primary contact.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position products effectively.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and report on performance with insights.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services and provide actionable insights to product teams.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with BPI policies and regulations.
• Conduct worksite activities and presentations to acquire new corporate customers and manage onboarding.
