Job summary

Angkas is seeking an Onboarding Marketing Manager in the Philippines to own end-to-end driver recruitment funnels. You will design and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (online and offline), optimize every funnel stage, and build repeatable playbooks for scaling across cities.

You will lead analytics, manage budgets, and collaborate with Operations, Brand, CRM, and regional teams. Field-work at transport hubs and onboarding centers is required, with a focus on quality show-ups and

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in performance or growth marketing within a marketplace or ride-hailing context.
• Proven track record in multi-channel acquisition funnels with CPA and conversion accountability.
• Hands-on with Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads and knowledge of attribution models.
• Strong analytical skills to build dashboards and drive budget decisions from data.
• Experience mentoring at least one junior marketer and field-work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design and own full-funnel driver acquisition strategy across paid and offline channels.
• Develop city-specific lead generation plans for local market maturity and channel effectiveness.
• Build and manage offline acquisition programs including field marketing and partnerships.
• Manage media budgets and optimize spend by cost-per-qualified-lead and show-up rate.
• Own lead-to-show-up conversion and run nurture sequences to onboarding attendance.
• Collaborate with Operations to align marketing flow with onboarding capacity.
• Establish lead scoring to prioritize high-intent applicants.
