Job summary

Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc) is seeking an Incubation Manager to lead onboarding and early-stage rider development across the Philippines. You will design structured programs that help new riders gain confidence, reach consistent earnings, and become active contributors to the Angkas network.

You will work closely with Product, Operations, and Data teams to implement onboarding features, measure progress, and iterate on the rider journey.

Qualifications

Experience using data to diagnose problems and drive solutions.
Ability to coordinate across product, operations and data teams.

Responsibilities

Design and manage a program to help new riders build confidence and earnings within the first month.
Set milestones for rider progression from first trip to regular earnings.
Analyze rider behavior to identify drop-off points and design targeted improvements.
Develop in-app messages and content to guide new riders through onboarding.
Collaborate with Product to improve features like guided walkthroughs and earnings tools.
Coordinate with Operations to standardize onboarding across locations.
Work with Data to track KPIs and refine the rider journey.
Partner with rider communities to provide mentorship and peer support.
