Angkas is seeking an Incubation Manager in the Philippines to drive a new rider onboarding program that builds confidence, consistency, and earnings within the first month. You will design milestones, analyze behavior, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Data teams to optimize features and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing or lifecycle management.
• Data-driven problem solving and storytelling with numbers.
• Experience with outreach automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a step-by-step program that helps new riders build confidence and earnings.
• Set milestones for new riders across their journey.
• Analyze rider behavior and performance data to identify drop-off points and solutions.
• Develop and manage in-app messages and other communications to guide new riders.
• Collaborate with Product to improve in-app features aiding new rider success.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure consistent onboarding across locations.
• Partner with Data to track KPIs and refine the rider journey based on results.
• Connect new riders with mentorship and peer support programs.
