Job summary

A background in customer service and strong GSuite skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in lead generation and acquisition.
• Track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Skilled in generating and presenting data/reports to stakeholders, including the executive team.
• Proficient in GSuite applications especially GSheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage driver acquisition campaigns (social media ads, flyers).
• Monitor acquisition funnel performance (number of new leads, drop-off points).
• Organize driver recruitment events or pop-up activations.
• Engage local partners or fleet owners for sourcing drivers in bulk.
• Report acquisition numbers and growth trends to Operations Leads.
