Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking an Onboarding Associate to ensure a seamless start for new hires by coordinating with HR, hiring managers, and relevant parties. You will craft offer letters, handle documentation, and guide new hires through the onboarding process.

The ideal candidate has a degree in HR management or related field, experience in onboarding or HR, and strong communication and teamwork skills. This role requires working at the Katipunan / Cubao site and handling confidential information with

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources management or related field.
Experience as an onboarding specialist or in HR/recruitment.
Willingness to work at Katipunan / Cubao site.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal and diverse community communication abilities.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Experience with ATS and resume databases.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Craft and send a detailed job offer letter including pay, schedule, and benefits.
Compile and handle documentation such as NDAs and contracts.
Provide onboarding guidance to new hires.
Act as primary contact for new hires, addressing questions.
Assist with employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and paperwork.
Monitor onboarding progress and help new hires overcome obstacles.
