Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a dedicated Concierge Specialist to support the Concierge Manager and Lead in coordinating recruitment, training, nesting, and onboarding initiatives. You will help manage communications, keep track of key reports, and drive engagement activities for new hires.

The role requires strong organizational and people skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with various lines of business to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication and people skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Concierge Manager and Lead.
• Assist New Hire Agents with recruitment, training, nesting, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update retention and class monitoring reports.
• Communicate HC and insights during NHO, Training, Nesting and provide end-of-day reports.
• Support engagement activities and recognition programs for new hires.
