Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking an Onboarding Associate in Cebu City to streamline the integration of new hires. You will collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and other teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and provide new hires with the tools they need.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and discretion handling confidential information, plus experience with ATS. You will manage documentation, prepare contracts, and be a primary point of contact for new hires

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources management or a related field.
• Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR-recruitment role.
• Amenable to work in Katipunan / Cubao site.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse groups.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Experience with ATS and resume databases.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft and send a job offer letter with organization details, role, pay, schedule, and benefits.
• Compile and handle documentation such as NDAs and contracts.
• Offer new hires guidance and direction throughout the onboarding journey.
• Manage the onboarding process and serve as a point of contact for new hires' questions.
• Assist with employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and paperwork for new hires.
• Monitor onboarding progress, identify obstacles, and offer assistance as needed.
