Responsibilities

• Onboarding Compliance & Documentation: Guarantees completeness of 201 files and ensures all compliance standards and contracts for new hire requirements are met.
• Onboarding Tracking & Monitoring: Ensures timely recording of all tracker and monitors the status of new hires minimums for proper execution of all onboarding initiatives.
• Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Builds and maintains a strong working relationship within the team, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Assists in the overall responsibilities of Talent Acquisition and perform additional duties that may be assigned to them.
