Job summary

Commsec Inc. in Taguig is seeking a Fresh Graduate/Student for an on-site HR Assistant role. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records, helping with payroll documentation and HR policy updates.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR, is detail-oriented, proficient in MS Office, and willing to work in BGC. Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome or have at least 1 year of experience.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work in BGC.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, including reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and training sessions.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and compensation data.
• Assist with payroll processing and documentation.
• Help develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Provide a point of contact for employees' questions and concerns.
• Oversee HR events and meetings, and coordinate management-employee communications.
• Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
• Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars.
• Write and submit reports on HR activities.
