The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, is a licensed Civil Engineer, has 5+ years on-site project management experience, and is prepared for fieldwork with strong problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• At least 5 years experience; must have on-site construction jobsite management experience.
• Licensed Civil Engineer required.
• Willingness to perform field work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Construction & Renovation Management: oversee end-to-end restaurant projects to meet scope, time, and standards.
• Project Monitoring: inspect sites, track contractor progress, and evaluate works for cost efficiency and schedule adherence.
• Cost Control: endorse contractor billings for timely payments.
• Quality Assurance & Site Coordination: regular site inspections and meetings, supervising MEP installations and testing.
• Stakeholder & Contractor Management: maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, operators, contractors, and suppliers.

• Stakeholder & Contractor Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross‑functional teams, Owner Operators, contractors, and suppliers to drive smooth project execution and successful handover.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years experience; Must have an experience on construction jobsite management.
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
