Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction jobsite management.
• Willingness to perform field work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end construction and renovation of restaurants, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.
• Inspect job sites, track contractor progress against plans, and evaluate works to ensure cost efficiency and schedule adherence.
• Evaluate and endorse contractor billings for accurate and timely processing of payments.
• Ensure quality control through regular site inspections and meetings, including supervision of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical installations and testing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional teams, Owner Operators, contractors, and suppliers to drive smooth project execution and handover.
