Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking TSRs to join a fast growing account in Quezon City. You will deliver exceptional service through effective communication, problem solving, and customer profiling.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues on first contact, and maintaining detailed customer records while working on a shifting schedule. On-site work in Cubao, Quezon City is required with ASAP start availability.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) with or without BPO Experience.
• Must have at least 9 months of BPO Experience.
• Must have basic troubleshooting skills.
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English.
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
