Job summary

Tasq Work in Quezon City is seeking Call Center Agents to join a fast-growing account. You will deliver exceptional service through clear communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolving issues on first contact when possible; maintaining accurate records; and collaborating with teammates to improve service quality. English fluency and on-site work in Quezon City are required.

Qualifications

• 2nd year completed / SHS graduate with 6 months BPO experience OR
• College Graduate with or without experience
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Quezon City
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
