Job summary

Presam Construction & General Services Inc. is seeking a Solar Maintenance Engineer to lead the PMS business, set maintenance standards, and oversee service delivery across sites in Rizal, Philippines.

You will manage client SLAs, coordinate field teams, and ensure high-quality fault diagnosis and reporting. The role requires a BS Electrical Engineering, PRC-licensed REE, and 2–3 years in solar PV commissioning/troubleshooting/O&M, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

BS Electrical Engineering degree required.
PRC-licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
2–3 years hands-on solar PV commissioning/troubleshooting/O&M experience.
Experience leading on-site field technicians or sub-contractors.
Basic fault-finding on commercial/industrial solar systems.
Familiarity with inverter monitoring portals (Huawei, Sungrow).
Competent use of electrical test instruments (clip meters, DMM).
Ability to write clear technical/service reports in English.

Responsibilities

Hold overall responsibility for the PMS business and service scopes offered to clients.
Manage schedules committed to under contract.
Ensure technical quality of every site visit.
Build and train the field team.
Serve as final technical authority on fault diagnosis and corrective works.
