Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).

• With experience in construction, solar, or related projects is an advantage.
• Experience in high-rise building projects is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in site supervision, safety standards, and QC processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Can work on-site and handle extended working hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and conduct regular site safety inspections
• Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress and schedules
• Perform quality control (QC) inspections on installation works
• Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and work orders
• Manage and supervise site workers, installers, and subcontractors
• Monitor and manage tools, materials, and equipment inventory
• Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance and operations
• Investigate incidents and prepare necessary reports and documentation
• Coordinate with management and provide regular project updates
• Provide guidance and training to site personnel
