KLCC Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Merchandising Manager to oversee a supermarket’s merchandising operations in Tabaco City, Albay. The role focuses on optimizing product assortment, pricing, inventory management, and supplier coordination to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

The position requires 5+ years in merchandising with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of merchandising/retail management experience.
• Strong knowledge of product assortment, inventory control, pricing, and supplier negotiations.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/merchandising systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with sales and business objectives.
• Oversee product assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and purchasing terms.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to optimize product movement.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize overstocking, stockouts, and wastage.
• Lead and develop the merchandising team to meet targets.
• Coordinate with purchasing, operations, marketing, and store management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, merchandising standards, and budget requirements.
