Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager – Retail to lead the development and execution of merchandising strategies that maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role oversees merchandise planning, inventory optimization, and team performance while collaborating with cross-functional partners in Makati.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
5+ years of merchandising experience in retail.
2+ years in managerial role leading merchandising teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales.
Manage product assortment, pricing, inventory allocation, and promotions.
Analyze sales trends, inventory performance, and market insights to optimize product mix.
Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment or markdown strategies.
Lead, coach, and develop the merchandising team to achieve business goals.
Prepare merchandising reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Drive continuous process improvements and maintain merchandising standards.
