Job summary

Greenstone Pharmaceutical Inc. (Katinko) is seeking a dedicated Merchandising Supervisor to oversee store-level activities in Quezon City.

You will supervise merchandising staff, ensure product displays and planograms are followed, and coordinate with sales and marketing to support growth. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in merchandising or retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to conduct regular field visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of merchandising, retail, sales, or related field experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, product displays, and retail operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to conduct regular store visits and fieldwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor merchandising activities across assigned stores or locations.
• Ensure proper product display, availability, pricing, and planogram compliance.
• Conduct regular store visits and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and presentation.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams regarding merchandising requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and help ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve merchandising performance.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of merchandising staff.
