Qualifications

Experience in merchandising, category management, or retail operations.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge in handling fragrance, skincare, or hair color categories is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability
Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities
