Job summary

Qualifications
- Extensive NOC experience with monitoring and incident management.
- Strong network administration for routers/switches.
- Proficient troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Knowledge of network security, firewalls, access controls.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs, and protocols.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 operations environment.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ advantageous.
