Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor network health metrics and detect anomalies before impact.
• Own end-to-end incident resolution across routing, switching, and hardware faults.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to meet SLAs and document SOPs/MOPs.
