Conduent is hiring for a Customer Experience Associate II to be based on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City, and to work graveyard/night shifts. The role covers call center operations and delivering excellent customer service, with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and timely problem solving.

The candidate should have call center experience, strong communication skills, and be willing to work on-site during holidays, with regular night shifts.
