Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience (Healthcare account).
• At least SHS graduate. College undergrads are also welcome to apply!
• Ability to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Amenable to work 100% onsite

Responsibilities

• Switch between multiple tools, databases, and websites quickly while talking to a customer.
• Handle complaints professionally and try to solve them on the first contact.
• Listen carefully to understand the customer’s needs and provide the right solutions.
