Tasq Work is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a growing Logistics Account in McKinley, BGC Taguig, responsible for assisting customers with shipment-related inquiries, tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle concerns efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with on-site work at BGC Taguig, graveyard shifts, and an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Conversant in both spoken and written English.
• On-site work at BGC Taguig; graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to logistics services.
• Provide shipment tracking updates and delivery status information.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, warehouse) to resolve issues.
• Process orders, update records, and maintain accurate customer information.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
