Job summary

TASQ in Manila's McKinley, BGC Taguig is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with shipment inquiries, track deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth, positive experience on a fast-paced logistics account.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails or chats, provide tracking updates, coordinate with operations, and maintain accurate records, all while delivering courteous service.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English.
• Amenable to work fully on-site in BGC Taguig.
• Willing to work graveyard shift and shifting schedule.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to logistics services.
• Provide shipment tracking updates and delivery status information.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, warehouse) to resolve issues.
• Process orders, update records, and maintain accurate customer information.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
