Lead Generation Specialist, B2B Outbound (Night Shift, Onsite Cebu). One opening.

Salary package: PHP 25,000 to 30,000 a month.

A Lead Generation Specialist finds the companies that should be buying from us and starts the conversation. On a dedicated team in Cebu that supports a United States reseller of business computers and IT equipment, you build targeted B2B prospect lists in Apollo.io, run outbound email sequences, warm up and manage the sending mailboxes, test what gets replies, and hand qualified conversations to the sales team with the record complete in the CRM. Night shift aligned to United States business hours, onsite in Cebu Business Park, Monday to Friday.

What success looks like

Twelve months in, the sales team's calendar is fed by your lists and sequences. Your prospect lists match the target profile, your emails land in the inbox and get replies, every lead record is complete in the CRM, and the numbers you report each week (sent, delivered, replies, meetings) are ones the team can plan on.

What you will do

• Build targeted B2B prospect lists in Apollo.io with advanced filters, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Boolean search.
• Create, manage and optimize automated email sequences in Apollo.io, including mailbox warm-up and deliverability care.
• A/B test subject lines and templates, including AI-drafted versions, and keep what performs.
• Verify and maintain lead information; track campaign performance and key sales metrics.
• Update and manage lead records in the company's ERP and CRM.
• Hand qualified conversations to the sales team with a clear note on what was said.

What we are looking for

• Proven hands-on experience with Apollo.io or a comparable prospecting tool: lead generation, list building, email sequences, database management.
• Outbound B2B prospecting experience; comfort with a high daily volume of emails and calls.
• Working knowledge of email deliverability, domain warm-up and mailbox management.
• Experience with a CRM or ERP for lead tracking; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Workspace.
• Strong written English, organized, analytical, able to work independently to a target.
• Living in Cebu and available onsite in Cebu Business Park on the night shift, Monday to Friday.

Nice to have: 200 or more cold emails or calls a day in a past role; B2B technology sales; familiarity with PCs, laptops, monitors and IT solutions.
