Job summary

TECEZE LTD in Mandaluyong, Philippines, seeks an IT Support Specialist – Backfill to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable.

You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals; perform IMAC tasks; manage IT assets, imaging, and Office 365 issues; assist in AV and meeting room setups.

The role requires independent work and strong communication; experience with DHCP/DNS/LAN is preferred; after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong desktop/laptop troubleshooting and configuration.
• Hands-on hardware support and peripheral device experience.
• Basic networking knowledge including DHCP, DNS, and LAN.
• Experience with Office 365 support and AV/meeting room setups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software per standards; perform IMAC.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendors for repairs, escalations.
• Manage IT inventory, asset tracking, documentation, and imaging.
• Support printer setup, network printers, and conference room AV.
• Offer VIP/end-user support with high-touch service; adhere to SLAs.
• Document incidents and resolutions; maintain knowledge base; after-hours support when required.
