Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Some relevant work experience in IT support.
• Experience in an IT support role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IT team strategy to enable delivery of business targets.
• Drive the development and maintenance of problem and incident management processes.
• Perform problem and incident management activities, including analysing, documenting and managing incidents or problems.
• Participate in the delivery of new IT support services and systems.
• Support asset management processes to ensure hardware and software solutions are delivered according to SLA.
• Promote a team orientation and encourage communication and information sharing.
• Provide VIP Onsite Support service for the Executive Community.
• Document support issues, resolutions, and customer feedback for accurate record-keeping.
• Monitor application and services changes to understand impact on customers and deliver excellent service.
• Identify and assess risks, lead risk-related dialogue, and support stakeholders in risk-based decisions.
