Job summary

LeadIT Cloud & Managed IT Services in Butuan seeks an Information Technology Support Engineer for a full-time, on-site role. You will provide day-to-day technical support for end users, diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues, and manage help desk tickets.

You will perform basic system administration, document solutions, support cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and collaborate with senior IT staff to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Support and Help Desk skills to handle user inquiries and resolve IT issues.
• Solid IT and System Administration skills for managing user accounts and basic network configuration.
• Advanced Troubleshooting to identify root causes, resolve hardware and software problems, and minimize downtime.
• Effective communication and customer service to support non-technical users and document solutions clearly.
• Experience in IT support or similar role, preferably in a managed services or cloud-focused environment.
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, common business applications, and basic networking concepts.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) or a degree in Information Technology advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Butuan, prioritize multiple support requests, and collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage help desk tickets, escalate complex problems as needed, and ensure timely resolution and clear communication with users.
