Qualifications

IT degree or networking certification is required.
CCNA certification is desirable.
Strong customer service and client-focused approach.
Understanding of networking protocols and network security technologies.
Basic Cisco routing, switching, DHCP, QoS, and IP routing.
Able to work rotating schedules in fast-paced environments.
Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line network support through phone, email, and tickets.
Proactively maintain customer IT infrastructure, systems, and networking equipment.
Troubleshoot incidents remotely using diagnostic techniques and targeted questions.
Identify appropriate solutions based on customer issues and details.
Guide customers through troubleshooting and problem-solving processes.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate support teams.
Maintain accurate incident logs, resolutions, and customer updates.
Ensure SLAs are consistently met without missed conditions.
Identify process improvements and share customer feedback with internal teams.
