• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily farming activities including planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting.
• Monitor crop health and implement proper pest and disease control.
• Ensure proper use of farm tools, equipment, and materials.
