Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a food industry role.
• Familiarity with GMP, SSOP, HACCP and safety policies.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize and control basic and further processing operations.
• Ensure production orders meet quality standards and timing.
• Coordinate with logistics for processing orders.
• Prepare production orders with product types, quantities, specs, and ship dates.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Conduct coordination meetings with foremen on results and directives.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of production facilities.
• Maintain safety and health compliance across operations.
• Support maintenance and preventive checks on equipment.
