Job summary

CDO in the Philippines seeks an experienced Production Operations Lead to plan, organize, and control day-to-day activities in its frozen meat processing area. You will ensure smooth workflow, request necessary materials, and meet short- and long-term forecasts with proper manpower, materials, and equipment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Manufacturing/Production Operations, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
• GMP, SSOP, HACCP & ISO 22000 training is an advantage.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Highly analytical and innovative.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Good communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead and control day-to-day operations in the designated production area.
• Ensure systematic flow of operation and request materials needed for the operation.
• Ensure forecasts are met with appropriate manpower, materials, equipment and facilities.
• Maintain safety and quality practices per GMP/ISO standards.

Job description

This role is responsible in planning, organizing, leading and controlling the day to day operation entrusted to his / her work area. In-charge of the systematic flow of operation in any section of frozen meat processing production and requests all necessary materials to be used in his/her operation. He / She assures the daily, weekly and monthly forecasts are met within the set standard manpower, materials, equipment and facilities.

With at least 2 years of related experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Adequate training in GMP, SSOP, HACCP & ISO 22000 is an advantage.
• Proven leadership skills
• Highly analytical and innovative.

• Good communication across all levels.
