Job summary

Savills Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations across managed properties in Leyte. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, lead maintenance efforts, and drive energy management initiatives.

You will need at least 4 years of facilities management experience and a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. A strong focus on leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills is essential, along with the ability to work onsite six days a week.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of working experience in facilities management.
• Willing to work on site.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations and maintenance across managed properties.
• Lead preventive maintenance, inspections, and rapid issue resolution.
• Drive energy management initiatives to optimize utility consumption.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop facilities management teams.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, collections, and operating expenses.
• Oversee vendor and contract management for quality and compliance.
• Optimize workspace utilization and support space planning initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and ISO documentation standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements in service delivery.
