Job summary

Envision Energy seeks an On-site Project Document Controller to join our wind turbine supplier team for utility-scale projects. You will manage the document lifecycle, control platforms, and coordinate with multiple regions onsite in the Philippines.

The role requires English proficiency, attention to detail, and a PMO mindset, with opportunities for career development and access to global resources from China HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of full-time document control experience.
• Hands-on with SharePoint or DMS and ISO documentation standards.
• Proficient in English for business communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end document lifecycle: numbering, version control, tracking, distribution, and archiving.
• Ensure accuracy of English project deliverables, correspondence, and records.
• Oversee document platforms (SharePoint/DMS) with access controls and backups.
• Coordinate with China HQ, APAC teams, contractors, and clients onsite.
• Perform quality inspections and generate progress reports to support decisions.
