Job summary

Megaworld Corporation is seeking an entry-level Shared Services Specialist/Customer Service Associate to be stationed across McKinley Hill, Taguig City, and Eastwood, Quezon City. The role is on-site, full-time, with back-office focus, handling customer interactions to resolve issues within set timelines.

The ideal candidate is a graduate with a 4-year degree, has up to 6 months of customer service experience, and is comfortable with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 6 months of work experience in the customer service industry/BPO experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRMs.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on a dayshift/midshift schedule, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Willing to be assigned in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls while consistently meeting target Average Handling Time (AHT).
• Serve as the primary contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly.
• Provide clients with timely updates and feedback regarding the status of their inquiries.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of residential client requests and effective resolution of complaints.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
