Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
• At least 1 year of HR experience is preferred.
• Experience in timekeeping and attendance monitoring is an advantage.
• Experience handling DTRs, overtime, absences, and employee attendance is preferred.
• Construction industry experience and handling field/site personnel is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update employee timekeeping and attendance records.
• Check DTRs, absences, tardiness, undertime, and overtime.
• Assist in resolving timekeeping and attendance discrepancies.
• Coordinate with employees and supervisors regarding attendance concerns.
• Assist with manpower scheduling and deployment.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with different departments and project/site personnel.
• Prepare and coordinate trip schedules and logistics as needed.
• Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents.
• Prepare, release, and file HR memos and internal communications.
• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
