Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with at least three years of professional experience.
• Minimum of two years in a contact center or customer care environment.
• Substantial experience in account management.
• One year of solid sales experience in a US Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to determine suitability for job opportunities.
• Identify and match job openings through career pages, job boards, and recruitment platforms.
• Provide guidance to candidates on resume/profile improvement aligning with employer requirements.
• Arrange interview schedules and assist with interview coordination.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for client submissions to support placements and targets.
