TigerUX in Philippines (Taguig) is seeking a detail-oriented professional for Career Support Operations. The role involves outbound outreach to candidates and employers, coordinating with clients on hiring needs, and maintaining outreach pipelines.

You will also handle invoice administration, data accuracy, and scheduling support across high-volume, US-shift operations. Responsibilities include scouting, application support, and ensuring SLAs are met, with on-site work at BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a contact center, customer service, recruitment, administration, or operations environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
• Good conversational and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, high-volume outbound activities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems, tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through.
• Willingness to work according to US-based operational requirements and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound outreach to candidates and employers, including re-engaging inactive candidates and employers.
• Communicate directly with clients to address hiring needs and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain active outreach pipelines and complete assigned activities within established SLAs.
• Send scout messages to candidates based on job requirements and candidate profiles, and process their responses and applications.
• Keep candidate and application records accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and issue invoices to employers for placements in which candidates are marked as hired, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Monitor invoice statuses, flag missing or delayed actions, and assist with monthly billing reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, employers, job postings, and invoices.
• Verify invoice amounts, candidate IDs, positions, and job types for accuracy.
• Promptly report discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate team.
• Assist Career Support Associates with candidate and employer coordination.
• Support interview scheduling and other administrative activities.
• Monitor assigned queues and ensure tasks are completed within established SLAs.
• Escalate operational concerns to the Career Support Team Leader.
