Virtua Solutions Outsourcing seeks a high-performing B2B SaaS Renewal Manager to lead an on-site team of Renewal Specialists in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. You will protect and grow a multi-million ARR portfolio and negotiate complex renewals with enterprise buyers.

The role requires deep expertise in GRR/NRR, churn mitigation, ARR forecasting, and strong English communication. On-site presence in BGC is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of direct line-management experience leading a team of B2B SaaS Renewal Specialists or CSMs.
• Proven track record of owning, managing, and forecasting a multi-million-dollar software subscription portfolio ($5M+ ARR).
• Thorough understanding of B2B SaaS financial mechanics, GRR, NRR, churn metrics, and co-termination strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and hands-on experience with CS platforms (Gainsight, Vitally, ChurnZero, Planhat).
• Exceptional C-level negotiation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct line-manage, coach, and mentor a team of 10+ B2B Renewal Specialists.
• Own the operational execution and accuracy of a multi-million-dollar ARR subscription portfolio ($5M–$10M+ USD).
• Maintain 30/60/90-day pre-expiration pipeline visibility and deliver weekly ARR forecasts (GRR/NRR).
• Negotiate complex software contract renewals with enterprise decision-makers and procurement teams.
• Monitor account health signals and usage telemetry to resolve issues before expirations.
• Enforce CRM governance (Salesforce) and Customer Health platform usage for data accuracy across accounts.
