Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, or support experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal system workflow.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate and monitor System Engineers on-site or online schedules.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Process quotations, returns, warranty and out of warranty related process, or account updates as needed.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Manage and organize projects documentation.
• Escalating queries and concerns when necessary.
