Confidential Company is seeking a Supervising Senior Associate (fast track) to lead and develop the Philippines offshore group in Makati/BGC. The role will supervise two bookkeepers and collaborate with junior US staff on complex transactions, budgeting, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of finance experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and a track record with FP&A and M&A projects. Expect long hours during busy cycles and growth opportunities in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communications in high-pressure PE environments.
• Experience performing GAAP/financial statement prep for private equity-backed firms.
• Background in FP&A, budgeting, and KPI reporting for transactions.
• Experience with M&A diligence, quality-of-earnings, or related advisory work.
• Comfort coordinating with US-based executives and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Hire and supervise the Philippines bookkeeping staff.
• Help manage the clients' expectations and support the project lead.
• Perform day-to-day tasks required to complete the project scope.
• Help project manage the overall project.
• May require travel to the US with short notice.
