You will prepare financial statements and coordinate audits while guiding internal teams on offshore accounting strategies. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with accounting software in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience, particularly with US-based companies or offshore transactions.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS) and country-specific regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounting & Reporting: Manage offshore transaction accounting, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on accounting laws and tax regulations in offshore jurisdictions, particularly the USA.
• Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
• Process Optimization: Improve accounting and reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Advisory & Support: Guide internal stakeholders on offshore accounting and strategies.
