Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations; US accounting or BPO exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, reconciliations).
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting, GL entries, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Adapt to new banking portals and financial software; document processes for SOPs.
• Review submissions, coordinate with providers and internal teams to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Assist month-end closes, prepare financial statements, and perform variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and financial impact.
