Qualifications

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on accounting laws and tax regulations in offshore jurisdictions, particularly the USA. Coordinate audits and compliance reviews.
• Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
• Process Optimization: Improve accounting and reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy. Establish best practices for offshore transactions.
• Advisory & Support: Guide internal stakeholders on offshore accounting and strategies. Mentor team members on international accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience, particularly with US-based companies or offshore transactions.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS) and country-specific regulations.
