Job summary

Cloudstaff is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to oversee the offshore finance operations team, driving efficiency and automation across AP, AR, cash application and tax processes. The role works closely with the U.S.

controllership team to optimize delivery while fostering talent and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in accounting operations, at least 2 years in leadership, and hands-on experience with offshore shared services.

Qualifications

Six+ years in accounting/finance operations or related offshore delivery.
Two+ years in people leadership, team lead or manager roles.
Experience with offshore accounting processes and service-level agreements.
Experience coordinating with US controllership and tax teams.

Responsibilities

Lead offshore finance operations team delivering AP, AR, cash application and routine accounting tasks.
Drive automation, workflow redesign and AI use to scale offshore delivery.
Establish operating rhythms, dashboards and SLA tracking for offshore work.
Collaborate with US controllership, tax, treasury and procurement teams to resolve issues and improve turnaround times.
Coach team members and drive continuous process improvements.
