Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Finance & Accounting Operations Manager to lead end-to-end F&A operations across R2R, P2P and O2C. The role oversees 50+ professionals, ensuring quality, productivity and strict adherence to SLAs for delivery excellence.

You will drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with stakeholders to standardize workflows and governance across multiple F&A towers within a BPO/shared services setting.

Qualifications

• Professional expertise in F&A operations with deep knowledge of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.
• At least 7 years of managerial experience in BPO or shared services environments.
• Experience managing large-scale delivery operations across multiple F&A functions.
