Job summary

Lalamove Philippines is seeking a Driver Operations Lead for Offline Presence to supervise day-to-day operations, ensure adherence to policies, and deliver performance metrics. The role focuses on strengthening the brand and driver supply in offline channels.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, experience in campaigns, and a track record of managing operations and people, with a focus on offline presence and brand expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Senior Associate to Supervisory capacity, preferably with team leadership or operations management.
• Experience in campaign execution and branding initiatives, particularly offline campaigns, activations, or activities designed to drive awareness, engagement, or acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Offline Presence team including preparation and sending of performance reports, monitoring attendance and productivity of all team members
• Assist in the onboarding of partner drivers for sticker installation and coordinate other concerns with relevant teams and departments
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve total sticker drivers
• Ensure company procedures and regulations are followed and elevate potential issues to the Management Team
• Lead team briefing and weekly staff meeting to discuss performance updates, product and process developments
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Management
